PMI Latam and IEEE Technology and Engineering Management Society come together in this unprecedented virtual event, in which the experts Chintan Oza (IEEE TEMS ) Roberto Toledo (PMI), and Yaravi Cardoze (PMI) will share a panel to exchange experiences about the challenge of managing the Web3 digital transformation, a key global trend that challenges not only organizations but also project management professionals.

Yaravi is an experienced professional in the leadership of strategic transformations, changes, projects, and programs. A social and digital entrepreneur, she splits her time between helping organizations transition to accelerated paths of digital transformation and agility and working on a non-profit basis producing mobile digital developments at no cost to NGOs. Yaravi has a degree in Computer Science, MBA, PMP, M3.0, Lean, Agile, and DevOps; and she has a specialization in Strategic. Project Management and Agile Project Management are both from Berkeley University. She also specialized in Digital Transformation and Industry 4.0 at Virginia University and Organizational Transformation at Berkeley University. Her professional experience ranges from software programming roles to office management of strategic transformation projects at the Latin American and global levels. Today she works as Chief Digital Officer (CDO) of the Panama Canal, directing the business and digital transformation path of this organization. She has also been a PMI volunteer for more than 15 years and the founder of communities such as @Agiles Panama, Women in Agile Panama, Data Science Panama Community, Heart of Agile Panama and is a jury member of the PMO Global Awards. Yaravi is the regional mentor of PMI LATAM R13 North.
