The COVID-19 pandemic has been a crucible for Latin American businesses, testing their mettle and catalyzing transformative change. In this special issue, titled “Navigating Storms and Shaping Horizons: Latin American Businesses Resilience, Innovation, and Transformation in the Wake of the COVID-19 Pandemic,” we invite scholars and practitioners to embark on a compelling journey into the intricate tapestry of Latin American business resilience, innovation, and adaptation. The pandemic, an unprecedented global challenge, presented unique circumstances in Latin America, a region known for its dynamism and diversity.
This special issue is dedicated to uncovering the compelling stories, strategies, and transformations that have emerged in the Latin American business landscape. We encourage authors to delve into an array of themes, from the immediate response to enduring adaptations, and to examine how Latin American businesses have harnessed innovation and entrepreneurship to seize new opportunities during and after the crisis. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
Papers should be either review or survey type that fall into any one of the following categories:
➢ Technology Manager’s Notebook (TMN) Articles – 500‐2000 words
➢ Shorter Articles and Case Studies – 2000‐4000 words
➢ Longer Articles and Reviews – 7500‐10000 words
