Digital Transformation Management

The Digital Transformation Management (DTM) Technical Committee focuses on the managerial, organizational, and technological dimensions of digital transformation.

Its scope extends beyond technology implementation to examine how organizations redesign processes, capabilities, structures, and value creation in response to technological change.
