IEEE TEMS Bylaws
These Bylaws provide for the management of the Society in accordance with the Society
Constitution.
The latest version of the IEEE TEMS Bylaws was approved by the Board of Governors on August 9, 2025. TEMS members are now able to comment. Please email your comments to Tariq Samad by February 28, 2026, with the subject line: TEMS Bylaws comments. You must be an active TEMS member for your comment to be considered.
